Helping to support smaller businesses to grow is at the heart of what we do and all our mentors have gained an enormous amount of satisfaction from mentoring clients.

We are well connected throughout Devon and the South West with business support projects and organisations with whom we work including other mentoring projects which may operate in specific areas or with specific types of client. This opens up a raft of opportunities for mentors around the area. 

All our mentors receive a range of training opportunities which are provided free of charge to equip them in the mentoring role. Mentors also have access to our intranet which contains a range of facilities and resources to help them in their day to day work and communications with the rest of the team and other mentors around the area.
